Founding cohort · only 5 spots · enrollment open
A full schedule. An empty pocket. There's a name for that.
In 4 live weeks, you organize your offer, price it with the real numbers and learn to present your value — without apologizing and without feeling guilty about charging.
5 spots · R$ 997 or 3× of R$ 370 · Execution guarantee
“I worked all day. And the number at the end of the month doesn't match what I gave of myself.”
You are good at what you do. Your hands are flawless. Patients come back, refer others, rave about you. Your schedule has no gaps.
But when you sit down to see what is really left at the end of the month — not what comes in, but what stays with you after everything is paid — the number does not justify the exhaustion.
You price by gut feeling or out of fear of losing a patient. You sell single procedures, which compete on price with any clinic down the street.
The problem is not your hands. It is the way the clinic is set up. And that can be fixed.
The diagnosis
Four things stuck. One equation that doesn't add up.
01 · How you see yourself
You act like a technician, not an owner
Every pricing and offer decision is made out of fear: of charging more, of losing a patient, of seeming greedy.
02 · What you sell
Procedures compete on price
The way out is to stop selling loose procedures and sell a result with a name, a path and a value the patient can see.
03 · Who you attract
What you post today decides who comes to you tomorrow
Extreme before-and-afters and promotions attract price shoppers. The right patient decides before she sends a message.
04 · Time to charge
You freeze when it is time to say the price
Presenting your value with conviction is a skill, not a gift. And it can be learned.
The turnaround
You don't need to see more patients. You need to charge better.
Before the Sprint
- A full schedule, and what is left vanishes by month end
- Pricing by gut feeling, afraid of losing a patient
- Loose procedures, with no name and no math behind them
- Discounts offered before anyone asks
After the Sprint
- A schedule with room to breathe, earning the same or more
- Pricing based on the real numbers
- An offer with a name, a path and a value
- Presents your value without apologizing
The program
4 weeks. 4 turning points.
Week 01
Seeing the business
Where the money is leaking
You map where the money slips away before seeing one more patient. You leave with the diagnosis in hand.
Week 02
The offer and the price
An offer with a name and a price that holds up
Entry, core and maintenance offers — priced with the real numbers. You leave with your first new offer ready.
Week 03
Attracting the right patient
The patient decides before the first contact
What to post, how to organize it and why each choice attracts a different kind of person.
Week 04
Saying the price
Presenting value without apologizing
Answering "that's expensive" without lowering your value, and leaving with the plan for the next 30 days.
Who it is for
The Sprint is for you if…
- You have an open clinic and a schedule with no gaps — but what is left at the end of the month does not justify how much you gave of yourself.
- You price by gut feeling or by the competition and sense you are leaving money on the table.
- You sell single procedures and want out of the price fight without losing the patients you already have.
- You have taken courses that stayed in your notes and want to execute during the program.
- You want a rich schedule, not just a full one.

Frequently asked questions
Before you decide, read this.
01I don't have time for one more thing in my routine.
There are four live sessions, one per week, of about two hours each. What you do between them is what the clinic already needs: running the numbers, building the offer, adjusting what you communicate.
02Does it work for the kind of clinic I have?
It applies to any aesthetic clinic that depends on its owner to run: the one who treats patients, sets the price and shows up in what gets posted.
03I have taken other courses and never applied them.
Every session ends with a decision made and a concrete action before the next one. It is guided execution.
04R$ 997 is a lot for where I am right now.
If you lose R$ 300 a month by charging less than you should, the Sprint pays for itself in three months.
05Why are there no testimonials?
This is the founding cohort — the first group. That is why there is an execution guarantee and only five spots.
Your schedule will stay full. The question is whether it will be rich.
In 4 weeks you organize your offer, your pricing, what you post and the skill of presenting your value. Next month's plan comes out of the final session.
